An Established Subdivision—
Not a New Development

Deerfield was laid out across sixty acres of standing timber on Evansville's north side. The trees were mature before the first house went up, and three man-made lakes sit within the property. It is a settled neighborhood rather than a field waiting for houses to be built.

The subdivision was platted and recorded in four separate phases, so lot sizes and setting differ between them — wooded cul-de-sacs in one section and open ground on the hill in another.

Nineteen lots remain. Each is listed with the acreage, dimensions, and parcel number recorded in the inventory dated June 30, 2026.

A plat shows the shape and size of a lot; walking it tells you the rest. Calvin Dentino, CCIM, handles every inquiry personally.
